About Us

Tie - Fly Clothing now TFC&H Co. originated January 2019 and is a minority-owned business, solely operated by Army Veteran and single mother of 3 children, Tie (myself) out of Indianapolis, IN. A driven entrepreneur with a slew of business ideas & creativity, hoping to be the next big clothing line and retailer.

We have several exclusively created lines by Tie; our men's line *TSWG* (Tough Smooth Well Groomed), which speaks for itself, *Teacher's Pet Collection*, that we hope inspires a love of learning, creativity & respect for educators, *Level Up* just growing & getting better in whatever way possible, which we all can do, & our *Pretty Collection* because no matter what we all are pretty at any age or any size!!!

Here at TFC&H Co. (formerly Tie - Fly Clothing) we believe in giving back to causes that help support, grow & make our communities and world a better more loving place. You'll see throughout our site donation opportunities for some of the initiatives we believe in & care about. You'll have the opportunity to donate to  One Tree Planted  to help with the reforestation of North America, w/ more donation options coming soon!!! Hair Suppliers

All our hair and hair products are shipped from a quality supplier based in Atlanta, Georgia. They import fine quality hair and hold stock at their U.S. factory. This guarantees faster delivery of your products!!! 

Insured Orders

TFC&H Co. (Tie - Fly Clothing & Hair Co.) has teamed up with Nano Insurance to provide a way for you to be worry-free about your purchase!!!

  • After purchase & upon selecting to insure your order w/ Nano, you will receive an email with an insurance certificate and a downloadable copy of your full policy. 

  • If there are any issues with your order that warrant a claim, buyers can simply click a link in the email, answer a few questions and Nano will handle the whole process!!!

If for whatever reason your order does not reach you, your product gets damaged before arriving or gets stolen from your porch, you can file a claim through the link provided in your registration email. 

Claims are Submitted through Nano's website. You should have received an email with information about your policy & giving you a direct link to file a claim if needed.

Monthly financing is available when you choose to open an account with Klarna at the time of checkout. This affordable and highly flexible open-end line of credit is issued by WebBank in partnership with Klarna, and it allows you to pay for your purchases over time and can be used anywhere in the Klarna merchant network. View complete terms.

How does financing with Klarna work?

It's simple! Shop at any online store that offers Klarna monthly financing, and choose a flexible payment plan to pay for your purchases over time. You will know if you are approved in seconds, and can then complete your purchase. You will receive an email notification of your purchase from Klarna, and can manage your transactions in the Klarna App.

Will this affect my credit score?

Pay later in 30 days and in 4 interest-free installments will not affect your credit score. Monthly financing applications will take credit score and credit history into consideration when determining if the application is approved.

Our policy lasts 30 days for clothing, shoes & hair. 14 days for all other items. If your return is outside this time frame, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
Book with obvious signs of use 
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened 
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

International Customers (outside U.S.) will be responsible for shipping and any customs fees.

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We replace items that are defective, damaged (If insured with Quik please refer to instructions emailed to you upon insurance for damaged items), or need a size up or down.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

We (Tie - Fly Clothing & Hair Co.) will be responsible for paying for the costs of returning or exchanging your item if address is w/ in the U.S. All International addressee (outside the U.S.) will be responsible for any return or exchange shipping fee, customs & duty tax. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Sales Tax

We may be required to collect state sales taxes for most states at rates which are set by each state, county, and local municipality as determined by the zip code where you receive the delivery. If the state given in your shipping address is one of these states, applicable sales taxes will be added to your total amount and shown on the checkout page unless an exemption is requested.

Shipping & Customs

If your package was successfully delivered and then stolen from your porch, you have a couple of options.

If you purchased insurance through Nano please see Insure Orders section of the FAQs

For USPS deliveries, you can file a mail theft complaint with the U.S. Postal Inspection ServiceUSPS will start your claims process.

If your package came through another carrier, contact the sender of the package to initiate a trace process with UPS or FedEx. The sender will then follow up with you on the progress of your shipment.

Reach out to your local police department to notify them of the theft.

Many credit card companies including American Express offer protection for members who charge a covered purchase that ends up being stolen. The coverage is limited so check with your credit card company for specifics.

Tie - Fly Clothing assumes no responsibility for packages after report of successful delivery if you did not purchase insurance through Nano.

There is a 3-10 day processing time for orders & most items are made to order & can take up to 10 days to create. Please allow 3 - 25 days delivery for U.S. orders, 7 - 30 days International orders. Most our vendors deliver within 2 weeks!!!

Due to Covid deliveries have had a significant delay, Please allow extra time for your order to reach you.
